Professor Oak was the lead on a top secret genetic experiment at ROXXON CORP. He wanted to combine Pokémon genes with human genes after Ash passed. He wanted to prolong the human life and he tried everything he could but was unsuccessful. Until one day, he found Ash’s old Pokémon Pikachu and thought about combining a human being but who had the same abilities as pikachu. And so he did. ROXXON CORP found and captured Electro but what came next was a shock. Instead of combining them, 2 beings were in the containment capsule with similar abilities but one was in a humanoid form and the other in a Pokémon form.
